01 - 12 mozzarella sticks
02 - 12 slices of thick-cut bacon

→ Breading

03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon paprika
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish & Serving

10 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
11 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Freeze mozzarella sticks for about 30 minutes to help them maintain their shape during cooking.
02 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut each bacon slice in half. Wrap each mozzarella stick tightly with bacon, covering it completely. Place wrapped sticks seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
04 - Roll each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
05 - Arrange the breaded sticks on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bacon is crispy and cheese begins to melt.

# Notes:

01 - Freezing the mozzarella beforehand prevents it from melting too quickly during baking.
