Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, and basil until well blended.

Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Brush each triangle with garlic butter mixture, reserving some for topping. Place a half piece of string cheese at the widest end of each triangle, then roll up tightly, tucking in the edges to seal completely.

Brush tops of rolls with remaining garlic butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
