Crack eggs into a bowl. Add salt to taste. Whisk until the texture is smooth. Set aside.

Preheat a skillet with butter over medium heat.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet, cooking until the center is still a bit runny and the edges are cooked.

Sprinkle a handful of cheese on top of the eggs.
