Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and thoroughly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.

Add bread cubes to the egg mixture and fold gently until each piece is thoroughly coated with the mixture.

Spoon the soaked bread mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup approximately 3/4 full.

Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top of each filled muffin cup.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

Allow muffins to cool slightly before carefully removing from the tin.
