Juicy Flank Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds flank steak, cut into thin fillets
02 - ⅓ cup olive oil
03 - 4 limes, juiced (approximately ¼ cup)
04 - 1 orange, juiced (approximately ⅓ cup)
05 - ¼ cup red wine vinegar
06 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 - BBQ sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the flank steak fillets in a large ziplock bag. In a bowl combine the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
02 - Pour the marinade over the flank steak and close the ziplock bag tightly. Shake to cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
03 - Preheat your grill to very high heat.
04 - Using tongs, remove the meat from the marinade and place on the grill. Brush with BBQ sauce.
05 - Leave the meat on the grill for 5 to 10 minutes, then flip it over. Brush the other side with BBQ sauce.
06 - Let it grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. If you prefer your meat a bit rarer, 5 to 7 minutes per side is sufficient. Check for doneness and grill for a few more minutes if necessary.
07 - Remove and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired. Serve with your favorite side dishes, or slice and serve in tacos.

# Notes:

01 - The marinade can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
02 - For best results, allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
