Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick baking oil.

Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured counter top.

Cut 2 1/2 inch circles with a knife, biscuit cutter, or drinking glass.

Place one Hershey Kiss in the center of each circle.

Fold half of the pie dough over the Kiss and seal the edge. Then pull the other half up to form a criss-cross pattern and pinch to seal all edges completely.

Brush each pillow puff with the egg wash. Sprinkle with granulated sugar or Mediterranean salt according to preference.

Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with Mediterranean Sea Salt.
