03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

09 - Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - If using store-bought pizza dough, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-inch long rope and tie into a knot. Arrange knots on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to integrate all flavors.
04 - Using a pastry brush, generously coat each knot with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring complete coverage.
05 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over all knots.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the knots are golden brown and puffed.
07 - Upon removing from the oven, brush knots with any remaining garlic butter for enhanced flavor.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Offer warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - These garlic knots are best served warm directly from the oven.
02 - Leftover knots can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
