Air Fryer Salmon Garlic Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ Garlic Cream Sauce

07 - 1 tablespoon butter
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer nice and hot by setting it to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a bowl, toss those salmon chunks with some olive oil and a tasty mix of garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they're all evenly coated.
03 - Arrange your seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket - don't crowd them! Cook for about 8-10 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through. You want them cooked through with a slightly crispy exterior.
04 - While those salmon bites are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and let it work its magic for 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing.
05 - Turn down the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring as you go. Once it's all combined, add your Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Keep whisking until you've got a smooth, dreamy sauce. If you're feeling it, add that squeeze of lemon juice for a little brightness.
06 - Take those crispy salmon bites out of the air fryer and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle that gorgeous garlic cream sauce all over them and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve right away while everything's hot!
