Avocado Garlic Aioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1 ripe avocado
04 - 3 garlic cloves
05 - 4-5 fresh basil leaves
06 - 1 shallot, peeled
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - 1 banana pepper
09 - Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients, roughly chopped, to a food processor and blend until smooth and well combined.
02 - Use immediately as a sandwich spread or dip, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

# Notes:

01 - This versatile aioli can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
