Avocado Tuna with Lime (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cans (5 ounces each) tuna packed in water, drained
02 - 2 small ripe avocados, cubed
03 - 3/4 cup red onions, minced
04 - 1/2 cup celery, diced
05 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup lime juice
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1 teaspoon cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, and mix together using a fork to break up the tuna into smaller pieces and lightly mash the avocado as desired.
02 - Serve with your favorite bread, chips, or crackers, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Hass avocados are creamier and more flavorful than Florida avocados. Use Hass if possible.
02 - To prevent browning, add additional lime juice on top of the salad before storing.
