Bacon Blue Cheese Onion Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 puff pastry sheet (cut in half lengthwise to make two rectangles)
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/3 cup caramelized onions
04 - 1/3 cup crisp bacon, cut into small 1/2 inch pieces
05 - 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Simple Seasons
06 - chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200°C).
02 - Lay the two rectangles of puff pastry onto a silicone baking mat or on an oiled baking sheet.
03 - Spread cream cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border all around the edges.
04 - Spread caramelized onions evenly over the cream cheese.
05 - Sprinkle bacon pieces over the onions and add half the Blue Cheese Simple Seasons.
06 - Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese and parsley (if desired). Serve in slices or wedges.
