03 - 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (optional)
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

→ For the Chips

07 - 1 large bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese, Cool Ranch, or preferred flavor)
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 2 large eggs, beaten
10 - 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs

→ For Frying

11 - Vegetable or canola oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning (if using), garlic powder, and chives. Mix until smooth and well combined.
02 - Take two similarly sized Doritos chips. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto one chip, then press another chip on top to form a sandwich. Repeat with remaining chips and filling.
03 - Arrange three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
04 - Dip each stuffed Dorito sandwich into the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating all around.
05 - Heat approximately 5 cm of oil in a deep skillet or pot to 175°C. Fry the coated Doritos in batches for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove fried Doritos with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot with preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, sour cream, or spicy queso.

# Notes:

01 - These can be prepared up to the breading stage and refrigerated for up to 2 hours before frying.
