Blue Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sour cream
02 - 1 cup mayonnaise
03 - 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
05 - ΒΌ cup green onion, chopped
06 - Fresh black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice and chopped green onion. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Add freshly cracked black pepper to taste and stir to combine.
03 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve with your favorite chips or fresh vegetables.

01 - This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance for even better flavor development.
