Blueberry Cheesecake Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

→ Assembly

05 - 8-10 egg roll wrappers
06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Serving

08 - Powdered sugar for dusting
09 - Honey, maple syrup, or whipped cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
02 - Place filling in center of wrapper, fold bottom corner over, fold in sides, roll up tightly. Seal with egg.
03 - Fry in 350°F oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Alternatively, bake at 400°F or air fry at 375°F.
04 - Dust with powdered sugar while warm. Serve with optional toppings.

02 - Can be baked or air fried for lighter version
