Bok Choy with Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb Bok Choy
02 - 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
03 - 1.5 tsp Salt

→ Garlic Sauce

04 - 6-8 cloves Garlic, minced
05 - 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
06 - 3 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
07 - 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
08 - 1 tbsp Sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. If the bok choy is large, cut it in half again for more manageable pieces.
02 - Bring a pot of water to a simmer. Add 1 tbsp of oil and 1.5 tsp of salt to the water. Blanch the bok choy for 3-4 minutes until soft yet still maintaining crispness. Remove and set aside.
03 - In a pan, combine minced garlic, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved.
04 - Arrange the blanched bok choy on a serving plate and drizzle the hot garlic sauce over the top.
