In a large mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and bubblegum-flavored syrup. Use a rubber spatula to fold them together until they're completely incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and fluffy. The marshmallow fluff can be a bit sticky to work with, so you might want to spray your spatula with a little non-stick cooking spray first.
02 -
Gradually add the powdered sugar to your marshmallow mixture, about ½ cup at a time. Mix well after each addition. As you continue adding sugar, the mixture will transform from a sticky fluff into a more workable dough. Keep mixing until all the powdered sugar is incorporated and you have a soft, pliable consistency that holds its shape when pressed.

Drizzle in the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly - this adds depth to the sweet bubblegum flavor. If you want to boost the visual appeal, add a drop or two of pink food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed. The pink color really sells the bubblegum theme, but it's purely optional if you prefer to keep things natural.

Line a small baking dish or container (an 8×8 inch dish works well) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Press your bubblegum mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with your spatula or with slightly dampened hands. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to slice cleanly.
05 -
Once the mixture has firmed up, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the dish. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to slice it into squares or bars of your desired size. For a professional touch, you can dust the cut sides with a little additional powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Arrange your bubblegum treats on a serving plate and watch them disappear!
