Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Naan bread (regular, whole wheat, or roasted garlic), 2 pieces
02 - Olive oil, 1 teaspoon

→ Toppings

03 - Buffalo wing sauce, 1/2 cup plus extra for serving
04 - Shredded monterey jack cheese, 1 1/2 cups
05 - Cooked shredded chicken, 1 cup
06 - Crumbled blue cheese, 2 tablespoons
07 - Blue cheese dressing, 2 tablespoons or to taste
08 - Green onions, sliced, 2
09 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush each piece of naan with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
02 - Spread buffalo sauce over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer with monterey jack cheese, shredded chicken, and crumbled blue cheese.
03 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese gets all melty and the edges turn golden brown.
04 - Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing, then sprinkle with fresh black pepper and sliced green onions.
