Press a small cube of blue cheese into the center of each meatball. Fold the mixture around the cheese and press together, ensuring the cheese is completely covered. Roll into a ball shape.

Transfer the cooked meatballs to a slow cooker. Add butter and buffalo wing sauce. Heat on high setting for about 20 minutes until hot, then reduce to warm setting while serving.
