Bulgogi Kimchi Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Base

01 - 454 g ground pork
02 - 55 g dark brown sugar
03 - 59 ml soy sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
05 - ½ medium onion, finely chopped
06 - Brioche hamburger buns, toasted

→ Gochujang Mayo Sauce

07 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
08 - ½ tablespoon gochujang

→ Toppings

09 - Fresh kimchi
10 - Sliced cucumbers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat outdoor grill to high or stovetop skillet to medium high.
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise and gochujang in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
03 - Place ground pork into a large bowl then add brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped onions. Gently mix together with your hands until just incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat.
04 - Divide the ground pork mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.
05 - Grill or cook patties on the stovetop until fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 71°C.
06 - Place each cooked patty on a toasted brioche bun, spread with gochujang mayo sauce, and top with fresh kimchi and sliced cucumbers as desired.
