Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a baking sheet, mix together the Parmesan, Pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly across the sheet.

Place the sliced baguette over the cheesy mixture, then brush the tops of the bread with additional melted butter. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of or around the bread.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the prosciutto has crisped up nicely.

Transfer the cheesy bread to a serving platter or board. Tear the burrata and spread it over the bread. Top with fresh peach slices, crispy prosciutto, and basil leaves.
