Cheesy Burrata Crostini with Prosciutto (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread & Cheese

01 - 1 loaf of sourdough or French baguette, sliced
02 - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - ⅓ cup grated Pecorino cheese
04 - 8 ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature

→ Meats & Fruits

05 - 4 ounces prosciutto
06 - 2 peaches, sliced

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

07 - 1 clove garlic, grated
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
10 - Hot honey (for drizzling)
11 - Fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - On a baking sheet, mix together the Parmesan, Pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly across the sheet.
03 - Place the sliced baguette over the cheesy mixture, then brush the tops of the bread with additional melted butter. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of or around the bread.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the prosciutto has crisped up nicely.
05 - Transfer the cheesy bread to a serving platter or board. Tear the burrata and spread it over the bread. Top with fresh peach slices, crispy prosciutto, and basil leaves.
06 - Drizzle the crostini with hot honey to add a sweet and spicy kick. These crostini are delicious when served warm, but they're equally great at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure burrata is at room temperature before assembling the crostini.
02 - Use ripe but firm peaches for optimal texture and flavor.
