Cheesecake Stuffed Caramel Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cheesecake Filling

10 - 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
11 - 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Topping

13 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce
14 - Flaky sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 350°F. Mix cheesecake filling ingredients until smooth.
02 - Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.
03 - Form dough around cheesecake filling. Place on baking sheet.
04 - Cook 10-12 minutes until edges golden. Cool, then top with caramel and salt.
