Cheesy Ranch Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - Cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded, 4 cups
02 - Bacon, cooked and chopped, 8 slices
03 - Choice of: broccoli florets (5 cups) OR frozen spinach (1 pound, thawed and well-drained)

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - Ranch dressing, 1 cup
05 - Garlic, minced, 3 cloves
06 - Ranch seasoning mix, 1-3 teaspoons (optional)

→ Cheese Mixture

07 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 cup (divided)
08 - Cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 cup (divided)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. If using spinach, thaw and drain well. For broccoli, quickly boil 1-2 minutes until bright green, then drain.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, prepared vegetables, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of both cheeses. Add optional ranch seasoning if desired. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top evenly with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
04 - Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let it rest briefly before serving.
