Creamy Cheesy Shrimp Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood & Aromatics

01 - Medium shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
02 - Garlic cloves (4, minced)
03 - Unsalted butter (3 tablespoons)

→ Creamy Base

04 - Heavy cream (1 cup)
05 - Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
06 - Parmesan cheese (½ cup, grated)

→ Topping

07 - Panko breadcrumbs (½ cup)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F (190°C)
02 - Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add seasoned shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink
03 - Combine heavy cream, mozzarella, half the Parmesan, and cooked shrimp in a bowl
04 - Transfer mixture to greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with panko and remaining Parmesan
05 - Cook 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest briefly before garnishing with parsley
