Chicken Bacon Caesar Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
02 - 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
06 - 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Start by cooking your chicken breasts until they're done all the way through - grill them, bake them, or sauté them in a pan, whatever works for you. Once they're cooked, grab two forks and shred that chicken up. While that's happening, cook your bacon in a skillet until it's nice and crispy, then break it up into little pieces.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss in your shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, both cheeses, and that Caesar dressing. Sprinkle in some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix everything together until it's all well combined and looking delicious.
03 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Take your pizza dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape - aim for about 12×8 inches. Don't worry if it's not perfect!
04 - Spread that tasty chicken mixture down the middle of your dough rectangle, leaving a border around the edges. Now fold the long sides of the dough over the filling, then fold in the ends to seal everything up, creating a nice little package. Flip it over so the seam is on the bottom.
05 - Place your chicken bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil to help it get that beautiful golden color. Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the dough is nicely browned and you can see the cheese bubbling inside.
06 - Let your beautiful creation cool for a few minutes before slicing into it - this helps everything set up nicely inside. Then slice it up and serve! It's great on its own or with a side salad if you're feeling fancy.

04 - For an extra flavorful crust, try brushing the dough with a little garlic butter before baking.
