Mediterranean Chicken Gyro Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ batch of prepared Sam Adams Beer Pizza Dough or purchased prepared dough
02 - ½ cup Homemade Pizza Sauce

→ Toppings

03 - 1 cup cooked chicken meat, chopped
04 - 1 yellow tomato, seeded and chopped
05 - ¼ of a red onion, thinly sliced
06 - ¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
07 - ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers (or banana peppers)
08 - ¼ cup thinly sliced cucumber
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - dried oregano for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F (220°C) with the pizza stone inside. Once heated, continue heating for an additional 10-15 minutes to ensure the stone is thoroughly heated.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough and carefully transfer to the preheated pizza stone.
03 - Layer the toppings in this order: sauce, chicken, tomato, onion, olives, pepperoncini peppers, cucumber, and cheese. Finish with a light dusting of dried oregano.
04 - Cook at 425°F (220°C) for approximately 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and toppings are sizzling.
