Chocolate Covered Pineapple (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices fresh pineapple
02 - 2 cups dark chocolate melting chips

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking tray with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
02 - Use a paper towel or cloth to blot the excess moisture from the pineapple rings on both sides. Set aside.
03 - Melt the dark chocolate melting chips according to package directions until completely smooth.
04 - Working one slice at a time, dip the prepared pineapple into the melted chocolate until the desired amount of fruit is covered. Drizzle extra chocolate on top for a decorative presentation.
05 - Place each chocolate-dipped pineapple onto the prepared baking tray and allow it to set completely.
