Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Proteins

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, grilled
02 - 6 pieces thick cut bacon, crispy

→ Vegetables

03 - 6 slices tomato
04 - 2 cups shredded lettuce

→ Seasonings and Toppings

05 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon pepper
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon all purpose bbq rub

→ Base

10 - 4 sub rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Season and grill chicken to 165°F. Cook bacon until crispy.
02 - Toast sub rolls. Layer lettuce, chicken, bacon, and tomatoes on cutting board.
03 - Chop and mix ingredients. Add seasonings, cheese, and ranch. Mix again.
04 - Fill toasted sub rolls with mixture.
