Cinnamon French Toast Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Roll-Ups

01 - 10 slices white sandwich bread
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

→ French Toast Coating

05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1 tablespoon milk
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For Cooking

09 - 2-3 tablespoons butter for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Remove crusts, flatten slices with rolling pin.
02 - Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread on bread, leaving border.
03 - Roll bread tightly. Dip in mixture of eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
04 - Fry in butter over medium heat 2-3 minutes, rotating to brown all sides.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh, soft bread for best results
02 - Can be frozen up to 1 month
03 - Avoid oversoaking in egg mixture
