Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Graham Cracker Crust

01 - 1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs (1 full packet)
02 - ⅛ cup packed brown sugar
03 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Cheesecake

04 - 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
05 - ½ cup white granulated sugar
06 - ¼ cup sour cream, room temperature
07 - ⅛ cup heavy cream, room temperature
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - 2 large eggs, room temperature

→ Cookie Dough Topping

10 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
11 - ⅛ cup white granulated sugar
12 - ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
14 - 1 large egg, room temperature
15 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
16 - ¼ teaspoon salt
17 - ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into lined 9x9 pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and eggs. Pour over crust.
03 - Cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and egg. Mix in flour, salt, and chips. Flatten pieces over cheesecake.
04 - Bake 50-60 minutes until edges set with slight jiggle. Cool completely, then refrigerate 6 hours to overnight.

01 - All dairy ingredients should be room temperature
02 - Add 1 tablespoon extra flour for high altitude
