Cottage Cheese Egg Salad Toast

6 large eggs

½ cup cottage cheese

½ avocado, sliced

2 slices sourdough bread
→ Seasonings

½ teaspoon salt

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of smoked paprika

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or diced pickles
# Instructions:

Boil 9 minutes or air fry at 270°F for 12 minutes. Cool in ice bath.
02 -
Mash eggs with cottage cheese and seasonings. Add relish if using.
03 -
Top toasted sourdough with avocado slices and egg salad.
