Cottage Cheese Egg Salad Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 6 large eggs
02 - ½ cup cottage cheese
03 - ½ avocado, sliced
04 - 2 slices sourdough bread

→ Seasonings

05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - Pinch of black pepper
07 - Pinch of smoked paprika
08 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or diced pickles

# Instructions:

01 - Boil 9 minutes or air fry at 270°F for 12 minutes. Cool in ice bath.
02 - Mash eggs with cottage cheese and seasonings. Add relish if using.
03 - Top toasted sourdough with avocado slices and egg salad.
