# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Cut the thawed puff pastry sheet into equal squares. Place a generous spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
04 - Fold each pastry square over to create triangles and firmly press edges with a fork to seal.
05 - Brush the pastry triangles with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
06 - Remove from oven and serve warm as an elegant appetizer or snack.
