Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cooked rice
02 - 3 cups shredded chicken

→ Creamy Mixture

03 - 1 cup cream cheese, divided
04 - 1 cup cottage cheese, divided
05 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
06 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon minced onion

→ Topping

08 - 20-25 Ritz crackers, crushed
09 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
10 - Optional dried herbs and garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Mix rice with half the cheeses. Mix chicken with remaining cheeses, soup, and seasonings.
02 - Spread rice mixture in dish, top with chicken mixture.
03 - Bake at 355°F for 30-35 minutes uncovered.
04 - Mix crushed crackers with butter, sprinkle over casserole. Bake 5 more minutes until crispy.
