Creamy Tomato Rigatoni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
02 - 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 8 oz rigatoni pasta

→ Sauce Base

04 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 cup dry white wine
06 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
07 - 2 cups heavy cream
08 - 1 tablespoon flour

→ Seasonings

09 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon sugar
13 - ½ cup chopped parsley
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Serving

15 - Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook garlic in oil until golden. Add tomatoes and cook 10-15 minutes until softened.
02 - Add wine, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in chili flakes and tomato paste.
03 - Add heavy cream. Whisk flour with water, add to sauce to thicken.
04 - Add seasonings and cooked pasta. Simmer 5 minutes, rest 5 minutes. Serve with Parmesan.
