Take each frozen ravioli, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned bread crumb mixture. Set aside and repeat with all ravioli.

Lightly spray your air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, then spray the tops with oil. Air fry at the 350°F for 14 minutes. Halfway through, remove the basket, flip the ravioli, spray again with oil, and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, spray tops with oil, and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip them over, spray again, and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes until toasted.

Transfer to a serving plate while hot and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and herbs. Serve with warm marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
