Crispy Air Fried Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 2 cups panko bread crumbs

→ Seasonings

04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil or oil spray

→ For Serving

08 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon dry or fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
10 - Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In one bowl, beat the eggs gently with a fork. In a separate bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 - Take each frozen ravioli, dip it in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned bread crumb mixture. Set aside and repeat with all ravioli.
03 - Lightly spray your air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, then spray the tops with oil. Air fry at the 350°F for 14 minutes. Halfway through, remove the basket, flip the ravioli, spray again with oil, and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, spray tops with oil, and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip them over, spray again, and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes until toasted.
05 - Transfer to a serving plate while hot and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and herbs. Serve with warm marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Work in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket
02 - Keep ravioli in a single layer for even cooking
03 - Best served immediately while hot and crispy
