Preheat oven to 370°F (190°C). Steam broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until fork tender.

Place steamed broccoli on a parchment-lined baking tray. Use a heavy glass to smash florets to about 1 cm thickness.

Mix olive oil, garlic granules, smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture onto smashed broccoli and sprinkle generously with parmesan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until parmesan is golden and crispy.

Remove from parchment paper and serve with a squeeze of lemon and your dip of choice.
