Whisk together soy sauce, honey, gochugaru, water, minced garlic, and sliced green onion in a bowl. Set aside.

Preheat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add tofu slices and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides, flipping once.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the tofu. Allow tofu to braise until most of the liquid has reduced, occasionally spooning sauce over the tofu.

Drizzle toasted sesame oil over the braised tofu and flip the pieces to distribute the oil evenly.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
