01 -
Remove the Filo Pastry from the fridge and let it reach room temperature while still in its packaging.
02 -
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced.
03 -
Brush two 12-hole muffin tins and one 6-hole muffin tin with melted butter.
04 -
Slice the feta cheese into long strips approximately 1-1.5 cm in thickness.
05 -
Place the stack of Fillo Pastry on your workbench. Cut in half lengthwise to create two stacks. Brush the top sheet of each stack with melted butter. Sprinkle each stack with chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Position the feta cheese along the length of the pastry, approximately 1.5 cm from the edge, on each stack. Fold the bottom edge of the pastry over the feta and roll firmly to create a long log.
06 -
Using a sharp knife, slice each log into 15 pieces. Transfer each piece to a hole in the prepared muffin tins.
07 -
Pour one tablespoon of melted butter over each piece, ensuring the butter drizzles over the rolled pastry.
08 -
Bake the pastry for 35 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and let sit for five minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
09 -
Drizzle honey over each bite and sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
