Fiery Cajun Shrimp Jalapeños (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
04 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/4 tsp salt, adjust to taste
08 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
09 - 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
10 - 12 large jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
11 - Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine cream cheese, cheddar, shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
03 - Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture and smooth the tops.
04 - If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the filled jalapeños.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the tops are golden.
06 - Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
