Fried Korean Dumplings Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cabbage head, minced (about 2 cups)
02 - 1 large yellow onion, minced (about 1 cup)
03 - ½ cup carrots, minced
04 - 5 green onions, minced (about 1 cup)
05 - 1 lb ground pork
06 - 2 tsp salt
07 - 1 tsp Dasida beef flavor soup powder
08 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
09 - 1 garlic clove, minced
10 - ½ tsp soy sauce
11 - 1 package (12 oz) wonton wraps
12 - 5 tsp avocado oil
13 - Dumpling dipping sauce (optional, 4 servings)

# Instructions:

01 - Place a frying pan on medium-high heat and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the minced cabbage for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a medium to large-sized bowl and set aside.
02 - Add 1 tsp oil to the same pan on medium-high heat. Stir-fry the minced onions for about 3 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the cabbage.
03 - Add 1 tsp oil to the pan and stir-fry the minced carrots for about 3 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the cabbage and onions.
04 - Add 1 tsp oil to the pan. Stir-fry the minced green onions for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the other vegetables.
05 - Add 1 tsp oil to the pan. Cook ground pork on medium-high heat until browned, about 15 minutes. Ensure it is fully cooked before transferring to the bowl with the vegetables.
06 - Add salt, Dasida, black pepper, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the bowl with the cooked pork and vegetables. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
07 - Place 1 tsp of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edge of half the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Release air pockets by gently pressing the dumpling in your palm, and ensure the seal is secure.
08 - Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F. Fry dumplings for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until all dumplings are fried.
09 - Enjoy the fried dumplings with or without dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure to release air pockets from dumplings to prevent them from breaking during frying.
