Place a frying pan on medium-high heat and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the minced cabbage for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a medium to large-sized bowl and set aside.

Add 1 tsp oil to the same pan on medium-high heat. Stir-fry the minced onions for about 3 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the cabbage.

Add 1 tsp oil to the pan and stir-fry the minced carrots for about 3 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the cabbage and onions.

Add 1 tsp oil to the pan. Stir-fry the minced green onions for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to the bowl with the other vegetables.

Add 1 tsp oil to the pan. Cook ground pork on medium-high heat until browned, about 15 minutes. Ensure it is fully cooked before transferring to the bowl with the vegetables.

Add salt, Dasida, black pepper, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the bowl with the cooked pork and vegetables. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

Place 1 tsp of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edge of half the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Release air pockets by gently pressing the dumpling in your palm, and ensure the seal is secure.

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F. Fry dumplings for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until all dumplings are fried.
