Prepare a small tray or a plate and cover it with baking paper.

Peel each banana, cut it in half, and then cut each half lengthwise to create 4 pieces per banana.

In a small bowl, break the chocolate squares and add coconut oil. Microwave for a few seconds to melt, then mix until smooth.

Spread approximately 1 tsp of peanut butter over each banana slice.

Pour the melted chocolate over each banana slice.

Sprinkle ½ tsp of shredded coconut over each slice.

Place each slice onto the prepared tray and put it into the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Once frozen, transfer the pieces into food containers and keep them in the freezer.

Let the banana snacks defrost for a couple of minutes before serving.
