Garlic Butter Homemade Breadsticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 tablespoon salt

→ Garlic Butter Topping

07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Mix flour, butter, and salt. Add yeast mixture. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.
03 - Place in greased bowl, cover. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
04 - Divide into 12-14 pieces. Roll each into 6-7 inch ropes. Let rise 20-30 minutes.
05 - Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes. Brush with garlic butter mixture while hot.
