Garlic Butter Sausage Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sausage Bites

01 - 450g turkey sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 tsp dried thyme
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

06 - 225g pasta (any variety)
07 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, melt 4 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the turkey sausage pieces and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and reserve.
03 - Using the same skillet, add the minced garlic and dried thyme. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with the creamy sauce.
06 - Return the browned sausage bites to the skillet, gently folding them into the pasta and sauce mixture.
07 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, reserve a small amount of pasta cooking water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
