1 French baguette

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
→ Vegetables

2 cloves minced fresh garlic

1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)

1 medium onion, sliced
→ Topping

1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
# Instructions:

Sauté onions and peppers until soft, 5-7 minutes.

Add steak and garlic to vegetables, cook 4-5 minutes until browned.

Split baguette, fill with steak mixture and cheese.

Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
