Garlic Philly Cheesesteak Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 French baguette
02 - 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

→ Vegetables

03 - 2 cloves minced fresh garlic
04 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
05 - 1 medium onion, sliced

→ Topping

06 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onions and peppers until soft, 5-7 minutes.
02 - Add steak and garlic to vegetables, cook 4-5 minutes until browned.
03 - Split baguette, fill with steak mixture and cheese.
04 - Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
