# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic paste or crushed garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
05 - Kosher salt and pepper to taste

→ Filling

06 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 18 slices of pepperoni
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend

# Instructions:

01 - Gently unroll the pizza dough. Use a rolling pin to flatten and even it out slightly for uniform roll-ups.
02 - Sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese over the flattened crust. Arrange pepperoni in a single layer on top of the cheese. Finish by sprinkling with half of the Italian herb blend.
03 - Carefully roll the crust up starting from the wider edge, maintaining even filling distribution. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into 12 equal pieces. Transfer each piece to a parchment-lined baking sheet using the knife edge to prevent cheese spillage.
04 - Combine melted butter, garlic paste, Parmesan cheese, remaining Italian herb blend, and a sprinkle of kosher salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture evenly over each pizza roll-up.
05 - Bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown with bubbly cheese. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - These pinwheels can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking. Simply add 2-3 minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
