Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Divide chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onions evenly among the sheets.

Drizzle each portion with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to each packet. Gently toss ingredients to ensure even coating.

Fold up each foil packet tightly, ensuring edges are sealed well to contain steam. Grill for 15-18 minutes or bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
