# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
02 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 3 tablespoons hot honey
06 - Crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a small baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
04 - Remove the baking dish from the oven and drizzle hot honey evenly over the top of the dip.
