In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Stir frequently for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a dough. Set the dough aside to cool slightly.

Insert a wooden stick into each hot dog half.

Press 1 heaping tablespoon of fathead dough flat, then wrap and form the dough around each hot dog with your hands. Squeeze well to seal the dough.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper cut to size. Arrange the prepared hot dogs in the air fryer, working in small batches if necessary.

Bake the corn dogs in the air fryer for 5 to 8 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.

Serve the cooked corn dogs with mustard or sugar-free ketchup.
