Keto Air Fryer Corn Dogs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - ¾ cups almond flour

→ Hot Dogs & Accessories

03 - 6 frankfurter pork sausages or hot dogs, cut in half
04 - 12 wooden sticks

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Stir frequently for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a dough. Set the dough aside to cool slightly.
02 - Insert a wooden stick into each hot dog half.
03 - Press 1 heaping tablespoon of fathead dough flat, then wrap and form the dough around each hot dog with your hands. Squeeze well to seal the dough.
04 - Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper cut to size. Arrange the prepared hot dogs in the air fryer, working in small batches if necessary.
05 - Bake the corn dogs in the air fryer for 5 to 8 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.
06 - Serve the cooked corn dogs with mustard or sugar-free ketchup.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe uses a fathead dough made from mozzarella cheese and almond flour to keep it low-carb.
02 - Hot dogs can be fried in batches if your air fryer has limited capacity.
