02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - ¼ cup soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 1 egg
11 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Garnish

12 - 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced
13 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
03 - Mix everything together until well combined. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to the prepared loaf pan.
04 - Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked through and browned on top.
05 - In the last 10 minutes of baking, brush a little extra gochujang and honey over the meatloaf for a sweet and spicy glaze.
06 - Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference. For a milder version, reduce the amount of gochujang.
02 - You can also add a bit of honey to the glaze for extra sweetness.
03 - Serve this meatloaf with steamed rice or vegetables to complete the meal.
