Louisiana Voodoo Fries (Wingstop Copycat) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pounds russet potatoes
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup buttermilk

→ Seasonings

04 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
13 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
14 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
15 - 1/4 cup crumbled bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Cut potatoes into strips, rinse and dry. Coat in buttermilk then seasoned flour mixture.
02 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry coated potatoes in batches until golden, 3-5 minutes.
03 - Top fries with cheeses, bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until melted.
04 - Top with jalapeños, green onions, and bacon. Serve hot.
