Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bliss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 1–2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
09 - Lemon wedges (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
04 - Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with a squeeze of lemon for added flavor.
